Anyone hearing anything about banded folks (D05 specifically) being downgraded, and corresponding cuts in compensation? I assume APIP will be a thing of the past as well.

Band B/D05/6 have been notified of “compensation review”, as have D04 that manage people. Mgmt has been structuring to meet span & layer/level targets, essentially keeping the lowest skilled and least competent. Internal and external reviewers/consultants will likely not make the leap that 80+% of mgmt are not qualified for their position. Sad reality.

I have not, but I'm not broadband.
It wouldn't surprise me though as there are many that used to manage larger groups, got broadband, then became an individual contributor or project manager with no reports.
