I’ve never seen so many people voice their opinions as I’ve seen in the “Ask the CEO” post. If leadership doesn’t make changes based off this feedback then they are beyond loss and this company will fail. Keep giving feedback and making your voice heard. Change happens when the pain of staying the same offsets the pain of change. Be the change!

The thread was at least entertaining and killed a couple hours of my day. Nah, they no longer get 100% from me like they did for many years. Times they are a changin...
Surely you don’t think anything will come of this. I was with the company for 23 years and figured out they only do this type of thing so they can say they asked for your feedback. Not going to do anything with it but, hey, we asked so therefore we care.
The best are bring your dog work day! Pay us for the sick days you took away? Obviously they are the people who felt sick days were an entitlement and not a perk and the reason why we no longer have them. I can't wait to see the Co's response.
Oh, and other Companies pay 20k more to take loss reports that fail to get adequate information. I can go on!

There are still many managers working from home.
Can you imagine what it would be like if the US Navy operated their ships like State Farm is operating their ship?
Whatever floats your boat!
I honestly think the Dear Leader is sitting back in his office laughing at the responses:
Why can't we work from home?
How can we improve morale?
Bring back PTO!
Not like they haven't heard this a million times by now. I think they get off on it.
“It's just a good way to determine who is onboard and who isn't. Nothing more”
Based on the sheer volume of comments on that intranet site, it seems apparent that a tremendous number of employees are on-board...but they are extremely concerned where the heck the ship is taking them. The captain seems to have forgotten to bring the map. The poor souls that were already dropped off at the future sites are now wondering what the heck they signed up for. Quite a few wish they had purchased the round trip ticket instead of the one-way fare. Many others have elected to voluntarily abandon ship because they could see it was taking on water. Like it or not, it’s full steam ahead!
Corporate values and ethics have been sold to the devil. Game over.
Well we got an emergency survey sent out full of the standard question set... that will solve all issues.
