Shouldn't there have been a ruling by now??? This finished at the end of July, if it was a slam-dunk in WE's favor one would think the judge would have said something by now. This can't be good for WE the longer it takes. Good thing the reverse split 'helped' out!!

The stream talking heads are very confident of a victory by the judge. I can tell you with absolute certainty if Windstream doesn’t win this case the stock price will take another hit and eventually this dog and pony show of a company will finally go bankrupt and maybe just maybe the clueless group running this company will finally get flushed out. Somebody is in bed with these board members, how can you be bad this long at what you do and not be held accountable. Oh that’s right , TT is on the board. Corruption at its best.
Frontier, Windstream ... Same $hit different @$$hole
It seems like everyday since I've heard about this lawsuit started I've been looking in the mirror in the morning and asking myself, "am I giving it all 80 percent that I am capable of?"
The truth is, if I were to be really honest, I'd say not exactly, some days I give 43 percent, those days are usually mondays. You see over the past few years my performance has been slipping.
