Sitting there in your cubicle, in your own "protected" space will not last for long. There is life outside those cameras, badge swipes. There are workers that deserve a wake up call. There are workers, (need to call them easy money), that needs a kick in theirs butts! There are workers there that need to pay bills, take care of their families; it's those who need us to pray for them, keep them in our thoughts. To the easy moneys, the ones living high on the hog, may you get what you deserve...a wake up call. Clean house Waco, clean house.

Does anybody know if and where L-3’s Christmas party is this year? I know i can not get a ticket but would like to see some old friends on the smoking deck.
Websites are private properties, and the First Amendment doesn't apply to private properties. If it was, you couldn't tell the guests in your house to stop talking about politics (or whatever) under your roof. The website owner can set it's own rules, and on this site posting personal info (names, initials, etc) is not allowed. They also don't allow threats and personal insults. Can find their rules in the footer.

most Large Corporations do not believe in the First Amendment and may intimidate internet sites with letters from attorneys of threats of law suites, that is why items most likely become well "missing". Don't think for a minute that anything is anonymous. Some of the items on the site are well over the line when initials are used and claims of liason's with other employees overstep the bounds of fair play. Sure your unhappy with the company and sure the company doesn't seem to care about that so move on, because again, the company is now Harris and they don't know you from the other 30,000 folks

The union just makes it impossible to fire the people you need to get rid of most.
You need to keep your union with you at bell helicopter, you can see what they did there!!!! Bell built an amazing facility in Amarillo just to get away from you mobsters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yes Union's don't help, you have it better being picked off one by one for a rif, don't bother filing a ethics charge on why you were selected as legal will always back the company, HR is gone at Waco so frankly you are not represented so your on your own, yes Unions don't help, yes Unions don't help.........wake up
Here's what you can lose by joining a union. I did. Once. Because the Union provided some of our benefits (we purchased our health insurance through the Union). A year later I got a great offer from another company that offered all paid benefits. When I called the Union to cancel my health insurance through them, they actually THREATENED to come damage my home, to sue me, and to make me with I had not, because (they claimed) I signed a contract and it was again at the law to break it.
I told the (expletive deleted) to come ahead on and try it. I never heard from them again.
The Union IS NOT your friend. They are only interested in getting their hands in your paycheck to support their ecexutives.

UAW Unite, Waco wake up, what can you really loose, nothing, your not represented at the table with any of the past and current leadership that as the post above says only one thing motivates and that is money on the Leadership side, 2 more months to rake in the cash for the Feb Bonus, but what will you get? keep waiting until it's your turn to be laid off? At least you could get a fair way to have layoffs if that is what you want.
The irony of new management coming in is always the same at Waco. Fat cats looking for ways to charge their big salaries and they are all working to make the March bonuses. It has not changed for years at Waco, new guys are just milking Waco until the cow goes dry. Jeff Miller, Lou Parks, Robert James, and Andy Zogg are all just like the last three leadership groups. They will all get their big bonuses and keep spinning the tales L3 Corporate wants to hear. The real victims in all this corporate greed and deceit are the good people at Waco. It will never change until the facility is sold to one of the many companies now getting deals to lease the empty hangars at Waco. This would never happen with a strong Union, wake up and organize Waco, the only thing you have to lose is the insecurity of your jobs.

There is no need for Management, we know what to do, let go of the 243 managers out of the 567 employees left and let us get the work done.
