Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Leadership changes

I don’t see anyone posting about this, so here it is. ConocoPhillips announced leadership changes that will take effect on Januar 1st 2019, as a result of the announced retirement of Al Hirshberg. It was announced that Matt Fox will take the role of the company’s COO. Also, Don Wallette Jr has been named the company’s CFO. Can we expect any changes in the company with these leadership shifts, or will it be just more of the same?

AH is a head. He was bad for our company and I’m glad he’s gone. No comments on the other moves. At the of the day it really doesn’t matter who’s up there. It’s all about oil price.

Ummmm. The CFO wasn't just named the CFO. It is the same guy. Just a few different minions. Are you from B'ville?

Glad to see Matt Fox working again. He hasn’t had a role in years.
