ERC is Training up Mexico's Best Replacements

Well, we had some folks go to Guadalajara and were training up replacements to apparently help with the existing ERC work. Now, we know what’s next – once you train them they take our jobs. I am just saying this to make it apparent and transparent.

Also, if management is reading this, and I know they are reading this because they keep deleting messages – here is a bit of info for you ladies and gentleman: we are well aware of your plans and in general we fairly well understand what your end-game plan is. All the best!

Are we allowed to say it is one of the rookie Data Repair team leads and also the data team "trainer", both from Charlotte, who are the turncoats training up the company's replacements?

And can we say that those local data team managers, staff manager, and director are the ones drinking the koolaid and telling people on the floor that the "replacements" are going to help them with the load?

Let's face it data team, you did this to yourself bc you hired a bunch of lazy techs who can barely pass a d--g test by keeping someone else's urine warm, your team leads are the leftovers who were promoted because they had a few more months seniority over new hires, and your management turns a blind eye to all the problems bc they just want to lay low and not rock the boat.

Also, management is not deleting posts, site admins do that, if you violate one of the website rules. Keep your posts kosher and they won’t get nuked. Naming names and using foul language is not allowed.

They’re not “taking” your jobs. They’re are being GIVEN your jobs. Get it straight. Don’t start redirecting your anger at the Mexicans.
