Announcement about bonus being a bit more than last year is promising. But there may be a catch. More employees may fall in '3' which may be lesser rating than last year's performance for many. Pls post (percentage) of bonus and rsu. The sacrificed people's unvested rsu might make its way to rewarding all (or is that only for the Top).

My manager already unofficially told me the bonus and rsu and is exactly same as last year for me. I have yet to see it officially though. I don't think there is much increase that I see atleast.
