There is no management at Arbroath plant it is more like a dictatorship. The work force doesn't feel empowered, the make the rules out with company policy. We get forced to complete the pulse survey, they say it's anonymous, but it's not. We have to give management top marks, or they sit you down to get you to justify your answers. Very bad on them.
You shouldn’t allow yourself to be treated like this. You know what to do.
The Arbroath plant treat there work force with contempt and distrust. We are scum to management.
The best company for upper tier managment. For the individual who generates the revenue. Your only a number. That is in reserve to be let go. When cost needs to be cut.
