I've seen some really bad retail gimmicks, but this one is high on the list.

It's like Bentonville stays up 24/7 to find new ways to belittle the store associate and take away their dignity.

That 20 year associate won’t be around come February when they start cutting back and getting rid of the old haggered associates that think they do it all but really are just a drag on society. I’m sure your the type with black jeans and 42 pins on your vest that thinks they are a big deal.

Ok, time for a response to the issue. Uniforms. WM is trying to boost their image of being customer friendly, in a market too full of disinterested retail workers with no interest in helping people (not all, but a LOT, we've all seen it). Problem is, most folks already feel demeaned at being there in the first place; making them parade around in these hideous costumes is gasoline on the fire.

If WM wants to truly help themselves they need to re lower their prices and re stock the shelves.
