Dean Foods was caught trying to monopolize the milk processing plants. They wound up having a lot of debt and got sued by farmers. The executives are paid huge amounts to make wrong and no decisions about the company future plans to be competitive. Try talking to these thugs...… It won't be heard or comprehended. Absolutely no team work with the Executives.
I work manually at a Dean Food plant and will ride it out until the Titanic sinks, which is weeks away!

Hiland Dairy should not buy Dean Foods.
They just need to watch then circle the drain. It's just sad for all of the great people that have given so much time and effort to a company only to destroy themselves with something called Dairy Pure.

Big layoffs happening - dean foods Lemars just laid off several employees and demoted a lot of worthless managers. Still playing games with people’s careers and lives. Dean foods is a circus right now! It’s run by a bunch of dumb--s monkeys, running it into the ground. No one will buy it now and the BK courts will shut them down and they’ll be forced to sell off the plants assets to pay the debtors.

Dean's ice cream plant in belvidere il is shutting production down for 1 week in November and 1 week in December. First time ever for a shut down at this facility. Best guess management looking to increase their bonus pool. Great timing for all of us at the holidays. THEY JUST DON'T CARE !! OBVIOUSLY
