Employees that have been working at Mattel for a while now, when was the last time the environment and culture in the Tower was fun and exciting to work in? People seem to quietly suffle between countless meetings, doing xyz reports etc. all with the same long faces and seriousness. An injection of “wonder” would be great and bring much needed life back to the building.

Plenty of “wonder” in the Tower currently.... wonder if I’ll be the next one whacked. Hardly the kind of wonder to bring life back to the building, though. ☹️
Funny this topic came up; I was actually just thinking earlier, “all of my good memories of Mattel are from 10 years ago...”
I would say pre 2008. Thats when Mattel was doing relatively great. Had a stable CEO, exec team and industry toy leaders at the helm.
