With the looming Broadcom CA deal I’m just wondering how it felt to have the Broadcom Qualcomm deal blocked by Trump? Was it a relief? CA will not be so lucky. 😔

It looks like CA won’t be as lucky. Looks like Hock will get his way by making an address change putting our country at risk. They are still the same company that came after Qualcomm! They will destroy CA.
very relieved as 401K likely would have changed, stock swap would have been taxable event, san diego icon would have ended.
I'm still glad it was blocked. We are getting a much slower bleed of layoffs and geoshifting versus what Hock would have done.
Octane went from being a darling to the most hated CEO in a very short period of time. Miscalculated Trump bigly. Uuugeeee mistake. Most of his future deals will get scrutinized and he jeoprdizes US global technological position in his acquire disintegrate and sell strategy. It's anti Trump agenda. BRCM CA deal is a disaster from the day it was announced.
