Not sure why people keep “hoping” Lance will read this. Everyone here knows how to email, call, or write him. Yet you hope and wish he reads this. That’s an easy solution. Tell him. But I certainly understand being scared of him. He holds a lot of livelihoods in his hands . So instead, let’s cower. It’s lose lose. He knows he holds the winning hand. For himself. I'm thinking some people are hoping to see him in public! It would be very nice for Fritz to be confronted by the people he hurt! I'd pay a premium price to see that conversation go down! That would be the best entertainment of the year!
Probably for the same reason insensitive comments like yours get posted! It's called Ignorance! I bet he knows about all of the comments! I'll even agree with an earlier post about them being monitored! They have a department that is constantly monitoring the web for ANYTHING relating to the UP! Trust me, he knows!
Are you sure he's holding the winning hand in this? The last round of cuts or "reorganization" he made, he publicly apologized for it! He screwed up and he damn well knew it! You seem to believe that if you email him that he'll actually respond! He probably won't respond to any email from anyone he screwed! Yeah go ahead and try to call him! I'm sure he'll take that call too! Write him? It'll be given to his secretary to read and probably shredded! I guarantee he won't even know about the letter! The social media is the BEST way to get something out! He can't ignore it, because he cant control it! Getting a complaint or an opinion on social media ensures that your opinion will be heard! I'll bet you anything that someone in the glass palace knows about it, just like they know about every employees Facebook page! People have been fired over their Facebook account! Why? The IT department scans Facebook regularly for rule infractions! Please don't assume that he doesn't see this or even know about it! I promise you he does! Go ahead and make a threat against someone in corporate! How much do you want to bet that you'll have a visitor within the hour?
What makes you think he doesn't read or them or hear about them!? Fritz is NOT a scary person by any means! He's a heartless prick! Social media is an incredibly useful thing to get get information out! All it takes is enough complaints about something to get an investigation started! It can either be an internal, or a legal investigation! Please dont think this and other social media outlets will be ignored! So don't be a buzzkill! Let the ones affected by the layoffs have their dreams! Otherwise you're no better than the corporate executive's! Dont be a part of the problem, help be a part of the solution!
