How is it the people that work hard mgmt rides and the people that don’t do nothing just here for a check them are the ones that get promoted. Walmart is losing a lot of good and great workers because they are getting tired of being treated and disrespected like they are

I work for store 967 for 5 years. They keep reducing our hours since we got 11 dollars an hour. Customers are unhappy they have to use the self checkout. I get a lot of El no iticomplaints about the pharmacy. Customers are being told their pr-scrip-ions are ready and they are not. People waiting long lines. If you are looking for a job I don't recommend getting one at Walmart.
True
That’s the reason I left. They all need a class on how to talk to people. Hard workers usually like to be treated like an asset.
BAM. You described perfectly the environment I left. It goes on everywhere, but Walmart seems to own the copyright on it
