Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

Whole Foods has become a joke

We’ve lost 3 team members and one supervisor in less than three weeks. Today we were so short staffed that there was no one to man the customer service booth and a customer actually yelled, “ I need help!!”

I don’t know whether to laugh or cry but I’m definitely updating my resume..

Did anyone see tha video farm? Finally they realize OTS is a complete drain on the stores.

Regional here has threatened STL’s and said they were coming after team leaders next.

2 deep perfect fronting in the entire store with 1 team member doing it? You show me how to do it.

Threaten people over controllable OOS? The whole system is fraud, the stores with the great percents leave their disco tags and they are hero’s.

Let’s keep our team leaders in the office on Monday to tweek useless cooler and promo maps.

Make sure the white board is perfect, just in case you can’t find a duplicate Copy on the board.

I bet everyone holds the peripheral map close to find product.

Let’s make team members work crazy shifts to prepare for a global audit so the can point to 1 item on the shelf and fail you for fronting standards.

What a wonderful program! We were like 98% on our Global audit and were left feeling like trash that didn’t deserve a job. Great job OTS team!

Each of my "leadership" will tell you what to do, how to do it. It's never the same as what other "leadership" says. "Leadership" doesn't communicate with each other, tms get the shaft. Get rid of leadership

OTS isnt bad in theory, it was the clustereff of an implementation that made it the nightmare you experience on a daily basis. Same with my pos program at my new job. It great for what it can do, but the code is poorly written and doesnt play well with the other systems i have to reference, including the phones. shrug

Whole Foods regional has made some terrible decisions and the reason OTS came about is so regional had something to do ,looked good to the stockholders, because they knew their jobs or in jeopardy and then Amazon took over then they really got scared so they had to continue with this program to make it seem like they're doing something instead of what they used to do which was nothing which is why Whole Foods went downhill and had the sell , lazy incompetent Regional people and now they have to work and they're screwing up everything at the store level and we're losing a lot of good quality team members because of this

All they care about is OTs and all the clipboards customer service is horrible now at Whole Foods Market, store leadership is more concerned about passing a stupid scorecard walk then the store looking nice and full of product. Trying to push sales but we can't do that if we spend all our time in the back of the house it's totally ridiculous, Whole Foods is a shell of itself.

Do it. Trust me, after you find happiness somewhere else you'll wonder why you waited so long.
