Facts just the facts
Prediction: Waco will survive as we have outlasted other Sector and Group Presidents, 3 in the past 4 years before Jeff. None of the Leaders dig deep into the operation, and have suffered from the lack of attention to detail with their job put on the line. Nothing has changed, and nothing will so just out last the Leaders and we will be ok. Its the Short Term that counts not the Long Term so look busy, like the loads of administrative assistants do.

I really enjoyed working at L3, even through all the c-ap. But, as usual the workers get let go and the slackers are still there. I busted my butt for that place, but because I wasn't buddy buddy with my boss, I got laid off. There are so just so many overpaid nonproductive people at that place, it will never change until there is a complete change of management. P.S. Stop hiring people just because they were in the military, most know nothing about how to run a business.
L3 Technologies’ Aerospace Systems Unit was unsuccessful in receiving any notable order, contrary to its usual trend. This, in turn, is expected to hurt the Aerospace Systems segment’s top-line growth. In line with this, the Zacks Consensus Estimate for this segment’s revenue is pegged at $707 million, implying a 31% year-over-year decline.
There will be more lay offs, no work coming in. The new management is just like the old management, bringing in their buddies and people from other places and laying off employees in Waco when they said they wouldn't. Just more of the good old boys.
62 gone today, they are down to the 700 range for total employees.
L3 Waco has great workers,you will find work just like I did.. Love you all brothers and sisters..

Lots of people were marched out this morning. Not much severance, either. Likely the product of the latest reorg (the second in twelve months) and the upcoming merger with Harris (gotta make those numbers look good). So much for the positive word from the new L3 ISR Systems head, Jeff Miller, a month ago.
Waco has been on life-support longer than a year. It started at the beginning of 2015 when MVS sent hIs Greenville management team down.

My heart goes out to those getting laid off at Waco L3 today. Waco has been on life support for a year now. Why doesn't corporate just pull the plug? Tax obligations to Waco city council, maybe?
