Lays offs across AMENA were confirmed by Mike Spanos on the last Townhall. Dec - Feb is the "implementation" date.
What will be interesting is to see how the functions will change... And specifically, who in the functions will stay and who will be let go. I doubt it will be meritocratic! All the s---s ups in Dubai
now it is clear- there will be lay offs at the lower levels (L1 to L11) in AMENA locations. What is the news around the world? is it AMENA only which is going to take the hit?
Some big heads given honorable exits at Dubai. Overall Dubai is expected to see around 200 exits. The saga continues in other locations next week. The apple carts of many associates are terribly upset 😢 picnics are over folks.

And that date is now ominously close. My guess is as early as next week. Mike Spanos will announce more specifics in the townhall. So the coming will be all action, very sad action it would be. My best wishes to all in Dubai.
I hope they will spare the R&D this time. Supply chain and HR have too much dead wood which needs to be pruned.
Hopefully they will keep high performing people, and take the opportunity to trim a lot of the directors and Snr. Directors who have been around just milking cash
Among the AMENA functions, only R&D has seen reorg. Other functions will be pruned in the coming days. I can tell you, everybody is sh-- scared about this. And those overpaid directors and SR directors know that the party is now open for them.
