Three months back there were several employees called by HR and handed over pink slips. Laid off at a moment's notice. There was a lot of anxiety around about who is going to be the next. Fortunately, nothing happened. But Lately, an announcement came that entire QA department has been shifting left towards TDD, but as it turns out, they want the majority of the QA staff to leave. As employees resign, senior management enjoys as their job becomes easier. One of the best companies going down the drain due to wrong senior leadership changes.
