Quickest way to self terminate with out severance? Organize a walk out and partake in one. Job abandonment can be an immediate termination and if it is construed in any way as being potentially maleficent and damaging to the company, it’s gross misconduct, meaning no severance or unemployment. Obviously this only applies to the NA workers. AG team, give it hell.
