Sign now and stick together. If you all hold your own as a union and work together in a union your going to be much better off. A union will build things into your contract that can heavily work in your favor as long as everyone is on board. Don't be dumb, I left the company a while ago and am in a union. You don't lose much a month out of your own pocket and it generally works in your favor. Your only harming yourself for what it is. No one is paying for cable so go ahead and pay $30 a paycheck to give yourself a contract.
