Has anyone heard of Cox buying the CLEC and ENT BUs and the ILEC re-merging with Uniti?

Heard a few VP laughing in private about what a joke we are. They said just get paid for as long as you can. They said TT just needs the red shoes and nose to complete his outfit.
It’s possible Cox could buy the CLEC cause they’ve been purchasing a bunch of CLECs over the past few yrs
the only 'cox' rumor that is true is the 'cox' that tt will shove up your butt. in all seriousness there is no way that cox is interested in WIN. we are sinking fast, sad but true.

Who would want to buy them. If you were in the WorldCom mess, you can see its heading in the same direction.

Doubt there’s any truth to this but I can tell you there is a major push to clean up the balance sheet and if WS is lucky enough to win the Aurelius case things will happen fast. Expect a push in the stock value and the company will be a bit more appealing as a takeover target.The debt ratio is horrendous and if we do lose the case expect bankruptcy within a year.
There's nothing to buy. Unit owns the outside plant. I doubt Cox wants any part of our "disruptive technologies" that are "dominating the space".
