Micro managing

This company has become very micromanaged with a lot of the regional people trying programs that just don't work but rolling them out anyway.OTS is a prime example it creates more headache for people at the store level and less time to actually fill the grocery shelves and satisfy the customer ,spending hours each week on stupid clipboards does anyone think this will actually go away anytime soon it's not how it business should be ran. The amount of emails and conference calls and just messed up sales tags Etc is company is tripping over itself .

All the information on those clipboards are computer printouts. That means they------ ARE-----------already being tracked. Its called movement reports.

The clipboards will be decreased once the data can be tracked electronically... We haven't gotten the technology part hammered out yet...

My sadistic sob team leader has 2 atls under him and yet whatever is assigned to them, he goes behind their backs and changes everything. Especially when it comes to scheduling. The atl in charge of dointthe team schedule always checks Workday first then does the schedule. The sadistic sob will change things around WITHOUT checking Workday and let the chips fall where they may. Bezos ,drain the swamp already¡!!!!!!!!
