The problem is management has been treating employees like c-ap. There is no motivation to do any more than absolutely necessary. Yes we all have been dusting off our resumes, but we are not going to quit until we get the job we want. Management had to understand that their decisions would have consequences. Just like our decisions do. What they have done has demotivated employees, they either care or don't. If they care, they will do something about it. John V is full of c-ap and I will not buy into it. Until they start respecting people, many employees are not going be motivated to work very hard.

I had a bad experience with that speaker 2 years ago. So funny. I thought it was the way I was reading it.
I noticed the online PhD. Average SAT scores for the undergraduate school: Reading/Writing 380-440, Math 370-440. That's a total of 750-880 on the 1600 scale and 1130-1320 on the 2400 scale. Scary.
Her profile lists a PHD from a for profit online only school. This school is listed as one of the 20 easiest online PHD programs. Honestly, I would be embarrassed to list a degree from there.
The profile of the person I think we are talking about is impressive. That said the speeches are very bad and definitely sound like someone that doesn't know what they are talking about.
Since there is only one female “corporate speaker,” I think I can figure out who you’re talking about. From what I’ve heard about her I can’t say I’m surprised by your comments.
This sounds like my group!! The tweets are embarrassing and the lack of leadership has most of us unsure what we to be doin.
My manager is showing on the “corporate speakers” part of our website. This person should not be speaking on behalf of XRX as her lack of awareness of her own functional area is making the company look bad. We have lost deals where she has attempted to be an SME. This is so ironic as she doesn’t manage her internal function well and most time is spend traveling to “sell Xerox” when what is actually occurring is brand damage.
