The worst CEO ever; devalues the company, runs off 75K+ employees, has always taken an antagonistic attitude with employees, fires board of directors who don't agree with him. Must be difficult to sleep making $22 million/yr.

The shares have dropped 33% in 6 months and nearly 60% in 5 years..........do the math.
Since PK has been at the helm things have only gotten worse!

Just took a look at the stock price $58.80 Brent is $80 now at that price looks like a 5 year low yes indeed a 5 YEAR LOW and Brent at $80. Whats going on? Why so Low when Brent at $80 seems to be a good price in comparison to recent years ????? The first impression is that something is wrong big time. At $58.80 I would imagine for many investors that price is too cheap to sale and for many buyers is it a good price or a risky investment?
Stock holders are speaking. Okay they're just exiting and won't come back until the C-suite gets cleaned up. Meanwhile the social justice warriors in HR implement their policies to the detriment of all. Schlum has gone from bad to diverse.

Huge chunk of revenue goes in payroll, time to cut expensive ones.
Full of hypocrisy at the top who implement one philosophy one quarter and then fire you for not implementing it well enough, or fire you the next quarter for implementing it. At the same time rename parts of the company organization at will and call it transformation. Prices drop- squeeze margins .... oil price is north of $80 and still we drop prices.
I do not know how they look themselves in the mirror or are they so mis-guided they believe their own amateur plans? Best Mis-run Company.....
I won't blame PK only, look around you, see if there is one behaves normally.
This wasn't like this few years ago, I could see some people as friends and colleagues, now I only see threat to myself and company.
SLB is a seriously sick and culturally dysfunctional organization epitomised by a head Schlumbertron bot called PK at the top. He could be replaced by an algorithm at a fraction of the cost and nobody would notice.
