Don’t listen to these clowns. You probably only got up to 8 weeks. It would take longer than eight weeks for all court proceedings to be completed so you should be fine. These posters below don’t know what they are talking about!

Unfortunately, yes. You will become an unsecured creditor, like anyone else the company owes money to.
