TL. I have been told to tell TMs we are not cutting hours while we are cutting thier hours. I'm not allowed to give any FT more than 36 and any PT more than 21.
Get rid of the buyers and start automation especially in the Whole Body Department! They got $1 like the rest of us for a reason. Also, the auto ship by our regional teams with overbuying and no exit strategy leaves us with excess product we can’t move and expires as well. Fire them too! Get rid of cashiers too since they’re getting salty with their comments on their big raise to $15. 😂
White people are lazy they just wanna work 40 hours are week and Smoke weed
Don't forget about the tms who call out on payday.
Saturdays n Sundays people always call out. So where are they cutting hours? If you call out of course youll get less hours. We call tms to come and most say no hence the reason of some TMs getting ot. Team players for sure. Lazy bums just cry n cry all the freaking time no matter what happens.
in my department we always need help but theres too many lazy team members that dont want to work
team members are eventually goibg to get hurt do to the how fast they go to get production done and eventually injury incidents will happen and food safety scores will be affected.
soo many stores need immediate attention !
the work load is getting out of hand with team members quitting .
i know they raised the pay but when the rest of the team has to pick up the extra work with no over time.
some stores are 20+ team members short can have the 100% look at 10am since we do ots before filling sets not to mention slaw gets backed up at the same times before opening.
to this point i have not seen single regional leadership team member say hey i’ll pick up your shifts ,we’ll do job fair to hire up or have a regional recruiting team hiring team members for the store to get them in asap.
the sad part is no one is applying .
I got a 3 dollar raise I am sorry if it took you 6 years to get that .

Im making OT not cutting my hours. Could it be because i never call out? Or im never late? Or i always go the extra mile? Or because i take care of customers? I just started 3 months ago. And now with $15 am making a lot more n no no leadership is my friend n i dont kiss a-- either. Just go out my apron on n do my job n more. You people are bunch of crying babies. Amazon thank you for the raise.

Even if true (which I doubt), who cares? You're still getting compensated better for the time you invest in your job. Better to make $300 working 30 hours than $400 from 40. Or do you people just not have lives outside of work?
Plenty of teams are looking for extra help if you really want hours they are available. Sorry your bump in pay didn’t entitle you to a complimentary reach around. Being a TM is what you would call a starting out position not meant to be the end of you potentially moving up.
