It’s official. The name is called ‘Colleague Sharing’ which is part of the integrated workforce pilot. Sales colleagues can pick up open shifts in a nearby ‘sister’ store. So far they are testing the Jewelry Complex, RTW, and BT. I’m sure it will be expanded to other FOB’s and eventually rolled out to every Macy’s. This is the future of Macy’s.

Well, ok. No big deal. If you want a shift then go for it. Only works for multi store markets. No one is going to drive here, three hours away from any other store.
