Really , what would you expect ?. They ( the BOD of NR) Pay ph-- $2.1M in 2017 to have NR LOSE $6M in 2017, Lose $40M in 2016 and Lose $90M in 2015. Think this is fake news? Go look it up in the 2018 Proxy Statement and/ or in Yahoo Finance (NR) in the Profile section for ph Salary. It's in plain black and white. Financial section has the Yearly Income statements or should i say Lack of Income statements. They make just $.04 cents/share in probably the Most Busy Quarter in the last 3 1/2 Years (3rd Q 2018 ). Down from $.12 cents per share in the previous Quarter. The BOD must live on Another Planet.

Net Income 2ndQ 2018 was $10.8M --Net income for 3rdQ 2018 was $3.6M. So DOWN $7.2M Quarter to Quarter--Did I miss something here??? Onward thru the fog. 2. Overhead (Selling, G&A) 3rd Q 2018 was UP TO $29.8M Compared to 3rd Q 2017 Overhead(Selling,G&A) of $27.2M. An INCREASE of $2.5M. ALL Right -now we are rolling- Sell less and spend MORE.. 3. Sales were UP a GRAND Total of $1M for the 3rd Q 2018 vs the 2nd Q 2018. A WHOLE $1M INCREASE - That is a 1/2 of 1 % Increase BUT, get this, COST OF REVENUE (Product cost) was UP $6.2M from the 2ndQ 2018 to the 3rdQ 2018.. 4. And Lastly, NET DEBT was UP $32 MILLION from 12-31-17 to 9-30-2018. Now that's making PROGRESS. 5. Margin for Fluids Division back DOWN to 4.6% for the Current Quarter. 6.
