Does anyone know if early retirement packages will be offered again?

The company had more money 3 years ago when they were last offered. I would be surprised to see it offered again given the current financial state.
It’s been a long time since I heard of them offering that, honestly. I wish they would, but I feel like it’s safer to assume they won’t, and if they do, let it be a ‘positive’ surprise out the situation. Hang in there!
