Some signs to report:
Removal of Sears/Kmart giftcards. 3rd party cards already pulled.
No outgoing UPS shipments to customers.
Sudden restrictions or changes to store hours or policies involving money and returns.
Online orders no longer accepted for delivery and/or in store pickup.
Pulling warranty or service plans.
Cessation of truck deliveries (sort of happening now).
Help wanted materials pulled.
Inability to order stock replenishment, esp. pharmacy.
Layaway or leasing suspended.
