And yet they can afford to pay for H1B visas to have folks come here from overseas to replace the IT and customer service departments.
So that .75 is actually cut by 1/4 or greater because they purposely prolong the review process to save themself more money. Then the benefits are increased more, so in reality your actually losing money year over year.
Yeah, I just got a .75% raise. Haven’t had a bonus in years. Ricoh is on its way out. Looking to get out and do something else.
