Any managers here?

What are the higher-ups feeding you?

they are telling us nothing. Been told, to keep working, get your metrics up, you are still getting paid. But, are we.... Time will tell. My store was completely empty yesterday. Our Members have moved on.

@hrt best post I have read in years!

Eddie and his pals will be fine financially since they all make well over a million dollars a year

And I’m sure all the other thriving retailers out there already have all their Regional and District and Store Managers positions filled so all those micro managers at sears will have big problems finding a new job that allows them to get away with what they have been allowed to do at sears...

Guess the new requirement of shirts having a collar didn’t increase sales as they expected

Good luck to all regular employees

It’s been a good run

I'm a Manager and all we hear are crickets at our store...3rd Party Giftcards pulled from the floor already. Taking it minute by minute....Sad....

Absolutely nothing. Just...wait and see. Until then, we are still being held accountable for daily metrics and processes. I even got called out because my store didn't create enough leads.

I am a manager here. I am constantly told I am a waste of skin... and you are lower than me. So figure that out.
