Welp everyone received their stack ranks today for shift bid. How did everyone make out? Wish we could stack ranking the managers and directors and VPs - Saturday’s for everybody.

No offense but the sh--ty reps got the top bids while the top performers were screwed.
Team favorites will get the best shift bids. Stop being such a stupid work donkey and ask your manager during a team meeting how everyone ranked and why so you can catch them in their lies. If everyone on your team is willing to disclose mgmt should be willing to discuss how you got your rank. You will find that there is no real rhyme or reason or real formula its mostly based on brown nosing and rewarding snitches. Also, PHX will typically get the better shifts simply because staff at headquarters can kiss most VP a-- and brown nose to "leaders". Its a con job and you all are buying it. Ask why?!
VP fired today ! Shift bids are rigged, contact HR and have them breakdown why you received the shift you did. The lack of consistency will break this entire thing apart ! We need everyone on board.
Could anybody explain what is the stack rank and its purpose?

If you were judge incorrectly call HR. I heard the numbers were adjusted for certain reps in the good and negative. Your time off counted against you. The more complaints internally and to the right external contacts the better. I see another law suite in the works.
