Close to 50 employees fired by Xerox on 30 & 31 August 2018 from Xerox Gurgaon Location India for no reason. Restructuring is the reason what they have given to me and many. Lack of vision, Poor management failed to save employees. All Big fish smart in playing politics at work place saved themselves.

I think it mostly has to do with US groups which were cut. What area were the Xerox Gurgaon folks that were let go in or supporting. There will be more ripple effects I would assume.
And prior restructuring caused US employees to be laid off so the work could be sent offshore....
