Thread regarding Sears layoffs

I used to be employed by Sears a little over a year ago. I will say, at least in corporate office, the pay and benefits were good. Which made it difficult for many people to leave and find work elsewhere that could match it without having to look at downtown options. But that also could change by department. Nonetheless, I hope everyone finds their way out sooner than later and lands on their feet.
