Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

The sales organization announced two weeks ago that we no longer spend time contacting customer detractors and attempting to resolve the issues behind low customer satisfaction ratings. "Let them go - don't worry about them" is what we were told. Wait a second......... This is contrary to what a quality company does, what a quality sales person does, who decided this was the best route for us?

We are basically admitting "Ya, we s---. We're a bottom tier provider. Move on".

I am looking for a new sales position at a Kyocera dealership. Just kidding. Kind of.

They let lots of sales people go. Still, that’s no excuse for not trying to manage client satisfaction. Shame on Xerox.
