Here is my suggestion on how to improve this site - It'd be good that when any topic has a reply it is bumped to the top of the list? It would save looking up and down to check what discussions had the latest replies. It would save a ton of time and it would make your site more usable. I am not sure if admins are reading these messages, but if you do please consider my proposal.

You can do this already - just look at "NEW" and "ACTIVE" buttons on the main Honeywell page - if you click the Active button posts will be sorted based on the time of the last reply.
The New button sorts posts based on when the main thread got created.
So, just use "ACTIVE"
