Why are we doing this if we lose money on this and give the info away free ? ??
What a great business and no wonder we lose money
Rig count is all about prestige and bragging rights. Intangible perhaps but very valuable and gives is a lot of credibility with the investor community
Now is it accurate? Who knows but impossible for anybody to check so limited downside risk
What’s the margin of error accuracy spec on that count? anybody know ?
I always wondered how much revenue counting rigs generated. Any idea? I don’t have to pay anything to get the updates.
That’s terrible - totally messed up company
We have lot's of time to count rigs while we are waiting on man power and materials that are back ordered. Really screwing up my metrics...supposed to be able to repair equipment within 2 weeks and have up to 18 month lead on critical items.....we go thru the motions every week playing the same old game. My direct reports know they are the ones who will pay for the lacking performance even though they have no control over the supply chain.
Just look at the ZARM orders that are idling....or have been cancelled or closed. We have to close out orders that are getting old and set up new orders for the same job just so that the problem is not readily apparent. No wonder we cant get our technicians to buy into what we are selling.
It’s is the recognized go to company for the rig count
Awesome company
