In my location there was no retrospective meeting regarding E2E 2017. We were not told about last year's results. We have been asked to submit feedback in written form instead, indivdually. Nobody was informed about what action items or follow-up would be.
Did you get any more info in your location?

once a quarter some top level manager will remind his underlings about e2e progress because it's in that guy's objectives to checklist e2e completion. then the underling will remind his/her underlings to do some stuff to seem in compliance. by the way he/her doesn't really know what's in that stuff, anyway.
