I’ve been here a long time. I know a lot of the “leaders” here. I can tell you, there’s a lot of fear everywhere right now.
This fear is justified. Executive management is like the cornered rat, desperate and trying to survive and be relevant.
Expect horrific surprises Monday, and also sigignificant management and company changes in the 4th quarter 2018 and the 1st quarter 2019.

What do you do when you lay off all the staff and retain your management and supervisors? Do they stand around and tell each other how great they are? the phrase too many chiefs and not enough Indians comes to mind.
