How bout a Manager telling you how you should fill it out.
The results are in from the survey... TT is overpaid, employee moral is at an all time low. I know, hard to believe.
I heard there is a potent strain of "the Clap" working its way out of LR.
Watch out is all I can say. It is spreading like wildfire. Momma always said if you lay with dogs you get fleas.
Our local puppet advised us that it doesn’t matter what you say or how you answer the questions. The goal is just to get a participation trophy and show how everyone is engaged with WS. That statement was all our group needed to hear. Everyone is deleting it ... that should make a better statement - WE DONT CARE - NOTHING CHANGES
There are all BS and everyone knows it. This gives HR a warm fuzzy that they are making a difference but in the end it doesn't change anything. Go ahead and trash anyone it doesn't make amlick of difference. Just another corporate hand-ob.
Just wrote about my manager and how he likes to sort his fruit snacks. That's about the extent of the work he's capable of. But you think he'll be replaced??? Nope. I'm just going to start taking more fridays off and stay in my lane.
I'm not. I refuse to waste my time this year.

sad truth is many will answer that it is a good place to work. The ones saying that WIN is great are the same ones you see posting c-ap on Stream pretty much daily. These people are usually based out of LR. Here in my building we call them 'TT butt munchers' :) HR, corp communications, directors from all depts, marketing analysts, just to name a few think WIN is great, until............. they win the WIN lottery and their number gets called, walked out the door.
Did they have this question again on the survey?
'Would you recommend Windstream as a good place to work?'
Did you answer 'Yes, because I enjoy Executives getting huge pay raises and bonuses while my wages stagnate and my benefits continue decline per the apparent Windstream Corporate Culture of the last 5 years'?
