I quit Schlumberger to come to BHGE because the benefits were much better and my salty increased
BHGE are the best payers in the industry and no doubt about it

What a joke BHGE best paid,
Schlumbger pay 20% just on salary , higher pension, better work rotations, phone and car allowance for every member of staff.
Weatherford pay highest day rates offshore 26% higher than BHGE.
Even haliburton treat there staff better than BHGE.
I called HR out on this "survey" The companies they compared us to were mom and pop machine shops. The girl I talked to had no clue as to what we do. I was working in the woodlands and asked her what they did behind those glass doors in the shop. She said "I know they make something" This is your compensation survey. Total waste of time and BS
HR do an independent survey on compensation every year.
