Investors won't be rewarded. it's a hostile work environment - the good ones are leaving on own. eventually all tumble down, including stocks.
700 means <1% which is OK I guess
Around 650-700 is what we have heard
more of these folks are kicked out the better as fiefdoms of tamil and malyalis will be dismantled.
Wide spread cheating during appraisal is due to these folks occupying managemnt positions
