So the hall was no where to be seen or herd of during this layoff round very similar to the last layoff round. Then have the fake guts to present this new job code to the floor? For a vote? When 98% of t rates would vote no. Oh do it after the layoff so majority is scared d rates who will vote yes

I'm no fan of union leadership. But if anyone believes voting no, or the even bigger dream that we all go back to the D rated, please come no. As in No, I wish to close the plant down
They are using this as a ploy to get the one close to retirement to go along. I'm at 18 years and I'm not going to take a cut when nobody above is. Have the kid with the degree machine something. The salaried ones should be hit first and hard. Why take a cut if they are going to do what they want anyway, just going to reduce my benefits. They did what they wanted with health care and the 401, this will be no different. The union has been bought off for a long time, the union President has keep his job while the benefits were pared down and other employees went down the road. Stand fast and make them pay you to leave.

As a D rate we already noticed how clean the bathrooms are now.
