Customer made a comment the other day after about 15 minutes waiting to pay for a quart of oil. Advance is just like Walmart all of these cash registers but yet only one person waiting on customers
and yall don't even have a self checkout. I said yeah we do, you would be surprised at what just walks out the door from this store because on no help in the DIY. That's what happens when your DM won't let you have no help in the store. One person up front for half a day doing check engine lights, doing battery tests and installing batteries with nobody else up front to wait on customers in the store.
Also has cut commercial down to nothing and the dumb prick wants to know why sales are down! It's called LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Which by the way is why I refuse to shop at Walmart.
