NO MORE EMPLOYEE SURVEYS...WHY

They did a survey this year with select participants. This was to say they did survey and share with senior team and only had those participate who would reply kindly (fake) on culture, atmosphere, etc.

I'm joining the company in HR and I can assure you that I will be doing two full scale anon surveys every year so people can voice their concerns because it's HR's job to get feedback and HR should be doing this already.

Why bother with surveys. They are not anonymous regardless of what you are told and rarely is anyone honest because they know its not anonymous. If management truly valued your input, they would ask.
