Still too many directors and senior pptx managers in blr ripping my money
For every 1 person working on a real code , there are 3 people to manage, monitor, scrub, add rne and bug attributes, send +1 mails , have status meetings among themselves, cc directors ... our teeth to tail ratio is still bad and so is our code quality
@Uz4QtgL-4dax I work for CCBU in Bangalore. The Sr. Manager and Director of BLD-11/18 has earned terrific bonuses this time. Many of the Managers have also booked new apartments and plots based on the projection of income for the next two years. They will be getting incremental money every year by reducing the size of their team and meeting their targets.
Very true, Bangalore Sr. Managers, Directors and VP has earned much more than previous years. This is due to the fact of reducing the team sizes by LR.

You are wrong.. I had seen layoffs in India last 4 consecutive years.(2014-2018)
There has been no Layoffs in India for many years.
