What's going on with the mass exodus in collab?

We need Chinese leaders for Collab who can run the company like Huawei.
RT drove Cisco Collab into the ground with his utter lack of strategy and shoddy execution. All he did at Cisco was to prep himself for a CEO gig by building a wannabe Slack (sparky fail) and useless partnership announcement. Still here and sad to see the downfall of Collab.
@McNally, what kind of rotton rot statement is this ? Already, you have spoiled BXB by your political stunts, by just gaining a few bucks.
Stop spitting venom on CCBU. It is one of the best places to work for, look for at Glassdoor ratings. If you cannot lead in life, leave the place.
Time to shutdown BXB CCBU. Corrupt VP, Dir, DE/PEs have siphoned $$$ off Cisco over the years.
CTG in the Oslo office are the walking dead
We let slack and Skype plot our roadmaps for us.
The vertical is full of arrogant people right from the VP to the Managers. They have groomed the team to become like them.....a full losers. The VP joined from Avaya after failing their product, bought several like minded people and also bought a Foxpro developer, who now call himself as a UX PE, as no one at that time has seen a GUI in the division (others were typists). He keep on getting incentives as he was saving cost by outsourcing to India. This group has now reached their Zenith and are now ready for a free fall, but they will also ruin the others.
Collab has been an epic failure at Cisco - No focus / losing strategy / bad vision
Skype
Copy cat Collab is bound to fail. Even the name "teams" they have copied from MS. What else we can expect, if 30% of board members are ex-MS.
Are they still all-in on Spark/Teams? Or with RT gone, will they end the money pit and call time of death? I heard that Cisco was the only major user of Teams.
Remember Cisco was going to challenge Microsoft in email with Postpath acquisition about 7 years ago. How did that turn out?
Amy has all the answers. We only need her.
