Who was the CFO responsible for the due diligence when most of these deals were done?

Dear executive team: You've confused financial statements with golf. Low score does not win here.

When most of the tangible assets reside with Uniti, the values you're comparing would need to account for those. Still not good at all but.......

While I agree with your arguement, you need to include the sales...UNITI, data centers, KDL, etc. we are still in a gigantic hole, with no way out.

Exactly, they pretend to be rich and successful buying toys as long as they can make the minimum payments- then they declare bankruptcy - see where this is going?

They are using high interest junk bonds, think buying everything with high interest credit cards while only making the minimum payment.

You forgot about Elink another $1.1B, but really who is counting. Also add in Broadview $228M.

I don't get corporate America at all. No one in their right mind would buy a mansion and a Ferrari on minimum wage but I guess that works here.

This goes against everything I have learned in personal finance.

You forgot the 6 billion dollars in debt hanging around our neck. Maybe we are going for the highest negative sum, do we get a prize for that?
