Many people in my department including myself have interviewed for numerous positions throughout the company. None of us ever get the job no matter how good we interview. Feedback is always positive from the hiring managers. Is it possible we are not getting offers because our manager/director is sabotaging us?

I applied for a job a few years ago and my SVP manager, co workers and HR was aware..I was never even interviewed. Had support from very high level executives. HR never set up my interview. The hiring manger AFTER hiring another was Very Disappointed I did not apply?? Can you believe HR did not mention to him? They had a person unqualified they wanted to fill the position. Completely wrong. Against policy!! Can you imagine having to explain to that executive, I did follow all procedures. Very disappointed never applied for another job again. Forget their processes. I have been offered numerous jobs since and politely decline. Have accepted it is an environment of pick and choose, unless you kiss HR A@@ you are helpless.
Sorry refuse to Kiss it, quite happy, well paid and HR can play favorites all they want.
It has nothing to do with you. Your boss is bad mouthing you when they do reference check.
More than possible. I have watched it happen. Good people passed over because their boss does not support the move. More bad PepsiCo culture.
Age is a huge factor.
What department are you?
